Oral Examination Materials

The oral examination is a meeting with the Board or its committee to determine if a Supervised Psychologist, Supervised School Psychologist or a Reciprocity Candidate is ready for licensure as a Psychologist or School Psychologist in West Virginia.  Please see the documents listed below for additional information.  Forms  will be provided in Microsoft Word formatting to each candidate that is eligible to sit for an oral examination.  A packet of materials will also be provided.
